You started it for freedom. For flexibility. To build something that actually lets you live.

But somewhere between the first invoice and now, money became the thing you avoid... the bank balance you don't want to check, the constant low-level panic that no matter how much comes in, it's never quite enough.

You're not "bad with money." You've just never been taught a system that works with how your brain actually works.

You didn't start your business to feel broke every month.

Fuck the feast-and-famine cycle.

work with me

I don't do shame. I don't do "just manifest more." I do strategy, structure, and self-trust—all rooted in your real life, not a theoretical spreadsheet.

Because if you don't feel safe with money, you can't make good decisions with it. And if you don't understand your finances, you'll keep defaulting to hustle, avoidance, or guilt.
I'm here to change that.

Hi, I'm Emilie — and I help self-employed creatives stop surviving on scraps and start building wealth.

To help you go from "I'm bad with money" to confidently building wealth—so you can pay yourself properly, stop living month-to-month, and actually enjoy your life without the guilt.

The purpose is simple:

I grew up on a council estate where money was either spent immediately or never talked about. I was told, "Get a job, earn your own money, buy what you want." And I did. But by the time I got to uni, I started adult life already deep in my overdraft.

For over five years, I stayed there—stuck in that cycle of working full-time just to keep my head above water, with nothing to show for it but burnout and credit card minimums.

My "oh shit" moment? Applying for a second credit card just to buy groceries and get to the end of the month. That was the wake-up call I needed.

So I started an Instagram account to keep myself accountable while paying down debt. Turns out, I wasn't just good at fixing my own finances—I was really fucking good at helping other people with theirs too.

I retrained as a Financial Advisor. I became a certified Trauma of Money™ practitioner. And I built this business—not to help people "budget better," but to give women the financial clarity, systems, and strategy we've been denied for too long.

Because wealth isn't just numbers. It's safety, agency, and peace. It's knowing your life is paid for, your future is secured, and your business actually serves you.

Let’s just say I didn’t grow up thinking I’d be a financial strategist...

My core values:

Paying yourself is non-negotiable

It's the bare minimum for a healthy business. You shouldn't be settling for your revenue scraps. Running a business "for the love of it" doesn't mean you can't also want ease, joy, and financial security.

Your nervous system needs predictable pay

I help you build sustainable financial systems that make income predictable, even with inconsistent revenue. So you can stop white-knuckling your way through every month.

Wealth is for you too

Not just people who are "good with numbers." I challenge the gatekeeping and give you the tools to build real wealth, so your business funds your life, not just your next Stripe invoice.

You're not "bad with money"

You've just been taught shame-based systems that don't work for how your brain works. My approach is practical, jargon-free, and trauma-informed, so you never have to feel financially lost or ashamed again.

Fave snack:

A KitKat Chunky is my weakness. I'm actually banned from buying a multi-pack because I WILL eat them all. Chocolate on the outside first, then the wafer.

Your nervous system is begging for a predictable payday.

Before you launch again or raise your prices, use this free calculator to get clear on what you actually need to pay yourself each month.

Most people ask how much they should pay themselves from their business and then pull a number from thin air. This tool walks you through a gentle audit, calculates your ideal monthly pay, and shows you how to turn fluctuating revenue into a steady salary.

I came from an arts background. Paid off thousands of pounds in debt. Said "screw this" to the financial gatekeeping. And built a money coaching business that lets me do school drop-offs and retirement planning in the same afternoon.

I've been the girl checking her bank balance before the Tesco run. I've also been the woman managing £10k months and still wondering where it all went.

Now? I help you rewrite your money story and build a financial system that actually works for you. Because wealth isn't reserved for people who are "good with money." It's for you too.

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A FINANCE GIRLIE WHO'S ONLY EVER KNOWN SPREADSHEETS AND STOCK PORTFOLIOS... THAT'S NOT ME.

Catch me yapping...
