Making money is one skill. Managing it is another — but nobody talks about it because it's not as sexy as £10k months.
For Jess, opening her banking app used to trigger a full day of stress and worry. Now she checks in consistently, tracks her income and outgoings every month, and has started building the structure she'd been putting off for years.
With ADHD and dyscalculia, having tried plenty of money mindset coaching before. Nothing had stuck. Within one session together Maddy had a way of tracking her income and expenses that actually made sense to her, increased her pay, and was on track to apply for a mortgage.
"I now fully get it, my business is there to fund my life."
"I feel much more confident about money and I don't have as many full blown nervous system shut downs at the thought of opening my account."
Rewired is a 12-week 1:1 money coaching programme that helps neurodivergent business owners who struggle to hold onto the money they’re making break that cycle and finally clear the debt keeping them stuck using a savings-first system designed for how their brain works.
no 10-module curriculum or resource vault you'll never look at again. What you get is the support that works for a ND brain.
This is where we review your money, decisions, and behaviours together so you can stop second-guessing yourself and actually follow through instead of slipping back into old patterns between sessions.
Direct access to support in the moment via Slack when you’re about to make a financial decision so you avoid spiralling, procrastinating, or undoing your progress and stay consistent even on the days your brain wants to check out
A fully personalised spending system designed around how your brain actually works so you can build savings and reduce debt without feeling restricted, rebellious, or constantly falling off track.
A clear cash flow system that shows exactly what you can pay yourself, spend, and save so you can pay yourself consistently and break the feast/chaos cycle for good.
A structured audit of your finances that shows exactly where your money is going so you can fix issues quickly and stop feeling like your money is disappearing every month.
Access to the exact tools you need, when you need them, based on your specific situation so you can avoid overwhelm, stay focused, and actually use the tools instead of ignoring them.
By the time we get here, you've been using your new approach for a month or two. You have evidence it works and the anxiety quietens because you're not hoping things are okay, you can see that they are. You finish with a clear plan for your next financial goal and the confidence that you can get there.
Before we look at any numbers, we start with your history. With money, the beliefs you've picked up along the way, and why the way your brain works with money makes total sense when you understand where it came from. This is the part most financial advice skips. It's also usually the reason nothing sticks.
Now we look at the numbers. Where money is coming in, where it's going, what your business needs to keep running, and what you need to pay yourself properly every month. We'll build a financial system that works for you and your specific goals.
Understanding why you spend the way you spend, avoid the things you avoid, and undo the progress you've made right when it's going well. You'll be given tools and processes to use to identify the patterns, reframe the beliefs and ultimately rewire your relationship with money.
I have ADHD, and for years I was stuck in a debt cycle I couldn't seem to get out of, until 2020 when I hit a wall and went full ADHD hyperfocus and learned everything I could about money. Within 12 months, on a take-home of under £20k, I paid off all my debt and saved my first £5,000. Going on to buy a house while on maternity leave, and grow my net worth to six figures in under three years.
Then I made it my job.
I'm DipFA qualified, Trauma of Money™ certified, and Neurovetted. I've spent the last few years working almost exclusively with ND business owners, and I built Rewired because I know what it feels like to be earning and still feel like you're getting it wrong. You're not. You just need something built for your brain.
You can (probably) already afford this.
If you're earning a decent amount of money but it still doesn't feel like enough, the problem isn't income. Staying where you are costs more than working with me... in another year of paying yourself whatever's left, in debt that never quite disappears, in a big goal that keeps getting pushed back.
If nothing has stuck before, that's not on you.
Everything you've tried was probably built for someone else's brain. A generic tracker, a set system, advice that assumes you'll review your finances every Sunday like clockwork. Rewired isn't that. There's no right way to do it because we build the whole thing around how you work. If something isn't clicking, we change it.
You're already spending too much time on this.
You're already spending mental energy on this with the low-key panic, the avoided bank app, the nagging feeling that you should really sort this out. Rewired doesn't add to your to-do list. It takes the ongoing mental load of not having it sorted and turns it into something you actually deal with, once, properly.
Alex came in burying her head in the sand on both her personal and business finances. Money was coming in and disappearing just as fast. Since working together she's paid off £2k of business debt, cleared two personal credit cards, and gone from avoiding money completely to actually enjoying keeping on top of it.
"I now approach money and decision-making with so much more clarity and confidence. I know when I can invest in coaching or other business support, not just guessing."
Laura came in overwhelmed, swinging between spending nothing and feeling miserable, and spending everything with nothing left for savings. She left with a structure that gave her clarity, a lower interest rate on her debt, and somehow more money available than before — despite paying more towards debt and saving at the same time.
"Working with Emilie has been one of the best decisions I've made."
