You're brilliant at what you do, you're delivering incredible client work, showing up consistently and doing everything you've been told should grow a business... but somehow, your bank balance still isn't reflecting the effort you're putting in.
If any of these feel a little too familiar... we should probably talk...
Opening your banking app for the fifth time today... just in case money has magically appeared since the last time you checked.
Doing mental gymnastics to work out whether you can cover your bills, pay yourself and still have enough left over for tax.
Sales go quiet for forty-eight hours and suddenly you're convinced the answer is posting more, because maybe this Reel will be the one that fixes everything.
Saying yes to clients you'd normally turn down because paying your bills feels more urgent than protecting your peace.
Watching money land in your account, only for it to disappear into software, VAT, payment plans and bills before you've even had a chance to enjoy the win.
Somewhere along the way, we've started trying to solve business problems one at a time.
Not enough clients? Post more content.
Revenue dipping? Better launch something.
Sales feeling slow? Time to rewrite your messaging.
Feeling overwhelmed? Buy another course.
None of those things work in isolation.. your pricing affects your sales, your sales affect your cash flow, your cash flow affects your confidence, and your confidence affects every decision you make.
Everything is connected. Which means when one part of your business isn't working, the rest has to compensate.
It's easy to assume the next strategy, the next launch or the next piece of content will finally be the thing that clicks everything into place... but if the business underneath isn't built to support consistent growth, you'll just keep hitting the same bottleneck.
Before you need more visibility, you need a business that's ready to make the most of the visibility you already have....
Momentum is where we stop treating every problem like a separate project. Instead, we rebuild the business underneath it all, so your pricing, offers, sales and cash flow finally start pulling in the same direction.
For six months, we'll work together to simplify your business, strengthen the foundations and build a business that doesn't just make money, but keeps making money.
The goal is simple: a business that feels lighter to run, easier to grow, and finally pays you with the consistency you've been working so hard for.
Stop second-guessing your prices, undercharging because it feels safer, or quietly hoping the numbers will somehow work themselves out. You'll know what your offers need to generate and why.
We'll make sure what you're selling is clear, valuable and easy for the right people to say yes to—without relying on endless launches or discounting.
So you know where your next client is coming from, instead of crossing your fingers every time Stripe pings.
You'll know what's coming in, what's going out, what you can pay yourself and why your bank balance finally reflects the business you're building.
We'll simplify what's overcomplicated, strengthen what's missing and build a business that's far less dependent on you constantly firefighting.
I started my career as a West End Stage Manager and Lighting Technician, and I learned something there that completely changed the way I think about business... The disco ball doesn't make the party, the hard work backstage does.
You can have the most beautiful stage, the most talented performers and a standing ovation waiting to happen, but if the rigging isn't working, the whole production grinds to a halt. Businesses aren't any different.
We've been taught to focus on what's visible: better content, better branding, better messaging, bigger launches... but those things only work if the business foundations underneath are built to support them.
I've built multi 5-figure audiences. I've sold out group programmes. I've landed the press features. And I still found myself wondering why everything felt so much harder than it should.
I wasn't bad at business. I was improving individual parts of it instead of fixing the way they worked together. Once I changed that, everything else became easier to grow.
What do I actually do?
I help you build the business behind the business.
The bit that decides whether great marketing turns into consistent revenue or another exhausting month.
Why should I trust you?
I'm a qualified Financial Adviser, which means I don't just look at your content or your sales, I look at the numbers underneath them.
That's where the real opportunities usually are.
How is this different?
My job isn't to make you busier.
It's to help you build a business that's easier to run, easier to understand and far more predictable to grow.
Over the next six months, we'll use my D.I.S.C.O. framework to audit what's working, fix what isn't, and build a business that's designed to make consistent revenue, not just occasional sales.
We'll work through the five pillars that take your business from reactive to reliable, so you're making decisions based on data, not scarcity.
We'll stop building a business that only serves your clients and start building one that supports your life, too. Together we'll map out realistic revenue goals, refine your offers, and make sure the way your business runs actually matches the way you want to live.

The goal isn't a business that keeps you busy. It's one that pays you consistently, gives you options, and lets you make decisions without your bank balance making them for you.
We're not here to play with Monopoly money.
We're here to build a business that pays you properly.
This isn't another course you'll forget about by next month. It's six months of working together 1:1 to untangle what's slowing your business down, strengthen what's already working, and build something that's capable of paying you consistently.

This is where we stop guessing. We map your numbers, capacity, and goals so the system we build is based on your actual business, not a template—so every decision after this call is intentional, not reactive.
Every two weeks, we troubleshoot your real pipeline and refine your offers, pricing, and sales process live. Consistency isn't a one-time fix, so this is where it gets built and reinforced for six straight months, not left to chance.
No recycled templates. Every tracker, script, and framework is built around your business model, so you always know your next move instead of stitching together advice from five different sources.
Every call, resource, and action item lives in one client hub via Notion, so nothing slips through the cracks. Less time hunting for what you agreed to do, more time actually doing it.
Stuck on a pricing objection, a sales call gone weird, or a lead you don't know how to follow up with? Message me and get real accountability in the moment, not two weeks later at your next call—so momentum never stalls between sessions.
I'll review your sales pages, DMs, and pitches through a "will this actually convert" lens, so your assets are working for you instead of just sitting there looking nice.
You already know what to do—the gap is doing it. This is dedicated, accountable time to actually execute the sales and pricing work, instead of it sliding to next week's to-do list again.
Every quarter, we zoom out and plan your next 90 days using real data and benchmarks from businesses at your stage—so you know exactly what's working and what to prioritize next, not just vibes and hope.

The 11 PM Banking App Séance is over.
You stop refreshing your balance because you actually know what’s in there. You’ve moved from "desperate guessing" to "confident planning." You aren't worried about rent, because your income is a steady rhythm, not a chaotic roulette wheel.
The "Algorithm Panic" has left the building.
You aren't hitting publish on Instagram because you’re terrified; you’re posting because you actually have something valuable to say. You don’t need the algorithm to save you, because your system is doing the heavy lifting.
You finally pay yourself like the biz owner you are.
You’ve stopped paying yourself in "good vibes" and start paying yourself in cold, hard cash. You can book that holiday, invest in your next step, or (dare I say it) actually take a Tuesday off without the business imploding.
Boundaries aren't "mean"; they’re just business.
You’re no longer saying "yes" to the client you dislike just to keep the lights on. You have the power to curate your roster, which means you’re actually energized by the work you do, not drained by it.
You can walk off-stage and the lights stay on.
You aren't the only person keeping the engine running. Your business has matured from a fragile, personality-dependent project into an asset that works with you, not just for you.
A strategic one.
Marketing matters. Sales matter. Cash flow matters. The problem is they don't exist independently of each other.
If your marketing improves but your pricing is broken, you'll just sell yourself into burnout faster. If your sales improve but your money system is a sieve, the extra cash disappears just as quickly.
Momentum is about building a business where every part supports the next, so you're not constantly fixing one problem only to create another somewhere else.
01. So, what kind of business coach are you actually?
Probably not.
What I usually find is that people have more opportunities than they realise, they're just losing money elsewhere. Pricing that's too low. Offers that aren't designed to be profitable. Follow-up that falls through the cracks. Revenue leaking out of the business before it ever reaches your bank account.
More leads won't fix those things.
We'll look at the whole picture first, then decide whether lead generation is actually the bottleneck.
02. Don’t I just need more leads?
Cash flow is usually the first thing people notice because it's the thing that keeps them awake at night.
But by the time your income feels unpredictable, something further up the chain has usually been out of alignment for a while.
Sometimes it's your pricing. Sometimes it's your offers. Sometimes it's your sales process.
We'll absolutely improve your cash flow, but we'll also fix the reasons it wasn't working in the first place.
03. Isn’t this just cash flow coaching?
Most business support focuses on one area at a time... a marketing course, a sales programme, a budgeting spreadsheet.
Momentum is different because we're looking at your business as a whole.
We're not working through generic lessons and hoping you figure out how to apply them later. We're working on your actual business together, making decisions in real time, until everything starts working together the way it should.
04. I’ve invested before and it didn't help, why is this different?
Then we'll build a business that works with your brain, not against it.
I'm not interested in forcing you into someone else's productivity system or expecting you to become a completely different person.
We'll build simple systems, realistic processes and ways of working that match your capacity, so your business feels easier to run instead of constantly feeling like you're falling behind.
You don't need a personality transplant. You need a business that's designed around how you actually operate.
05. What if I have ADHD or I’m neurodivergent?
05. What if I have ADHD or I’m neuro-divergent?
You're probably exactly who I built Momentum for.
You don't need to become a spreadsheet nerd. You just need to understand the handful of numbers that tell you whether your business is actually working.
We'll make your finances feel practical instead of intimidating, so you're making decisions based on facts instead of avoiding your banking app and hoping everything sorts itself out.
06. What if I hate numbers?
It's a fair question.
The people who invest in Momentum usually aren't doing it because everything's going brilliantly. They're doing it because they're tired of rebuilding the same month over and over again.
The goal isn't simply to help you make more money. It's to help you build a business that keeps more of what it earns, pays you consistently and gives you confidence in the decisions you're making.
And if I don't genuinely believe I can help you do that, I'll tell you before you spend a penny.
07. Can I justify this when my income isn’t predictable yet?
Probably less than the time you're already spending firefighting.
Outside of our fortnightly calls, expect around one to two hours a week.
The work isn't about completing homework or ticking boxes. It's about making better decisions, implementing them properly and building a business that's easier to run.
We'll make the strategy fit around your business, not expect your business to stop while you build it.
08. How much time does this take?
Honestly, that's where a lot of Momentum clients start.
They're already making sales. They already have great clients. From the outside, everything looks successful.
Behind the scenes, though, they're relying on launches, underpaying themselves, avoiding their numbers or constantly feeling like they're the only thing holding the business together.
Momentum isn't about rescuing a failing business. It's about building one that's as sustainable behind the scenes as it looks from the outside.
09. What if my business is already doing well?
Momentum isn't for everyone, and I want to keep it that way. If I don't think I can genuinely help you, I'll tell you. If we decide to work together, it'll be because we're both confident it's the right next step.
Six months from now, I want you worrying about your next holiday — not whether you'll be able to pay yourself.
