Momentum helps neurodivergent coaches + service providers make more, keep more, and build a business that pays them properly through better offers, stronger financial foundations, and sustainable growth.

You're f*cking amazing at what you do.
Your bank balance just isn't getting the memo.

Your expertise? F*cking FIRE. Your client results? Chefs kiss.
Your bank account at the end of the month? Best not to mention it...

You've had some good months, maybe even some really good ones, but you can’t seem to keep up the momentum. You're bringing in £2-3k a month pretty regularly, but you want to be TAKING-HOME 2-3k a month, not just turning it over. You want it to fund family holidays, to treat your loved ones just because you can – not be stressing about money every five minutes.

You've hired coaches, joined programmes, tried a gazillion different strategies, frameworks, and methodologies… and sure, they work… for a bit. But soon enough you're back to chasing the next sale, wondering what the hell you're missing that everyone else in tHe SpAcE has figured out.

With your talent and the effort you’re putting in, you should be making more, but you're missing a business that's designed around what you need, not some guru.

So, which flavour of plateaued baddie are you?

The Launching Kween

You've legit cracked launching. The hype builds, the sales roll in, the dopamine hit is hitting... and for a few weeks you feel completely unstoppable.

Then the launch ends, and so does the stream of income. You're back where you were, rebuilding from scratch, wondering how a strategy that works so well can still leave you scraping by the following months.

You've nailed the launching part. It's the in-between that's the missing piece. And until someone helps you figure out that gap, you'll keep riding the feast and famine rollercoaster even if your launches are killer.

Certified Overthinker

You know what you need to do: raise your prices, write a sales page, and figure out what you're posting on Insta today... But we all know that the knowing and the doing are completely different things, and no amount of planning (aka procrastination) seems to help you get shit done.

You listen to more podcasts, you create another content plan, you colour-code your Notion task management hub... You've been so busy, and yet nothing has gotten actioned. Nothing driving sales got done.

You're not lazy (you're literally always thinking about your business). You just struggle to turn ideas to action without someone by your side.

The Undervalued Baddie

You are genuinely, objectively, worth more than you're charging. You know this. Your clients know this. The your client results absolutely speak for themselves. And yet every time you think about raising your prices your stomache flips and you do a mini-sick.

What if all your leave? What if everyone ghosts you? What if you've just been lucky so far and this is the moment it all falls apart?

So you keep charging what you've always charged, watching others in your industry charge double for half the transformation, and low key resenting every invoice you send.

Ready For Her Next Level Era

You're hitting the same number month after month after month. Sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less, but generally, the same.

You're business isn't 'failing' but you're not growing either. And, most frustratingly, you can see exactly how you'd get to that next income level. The path is right there. You just can't seem to get there, no matter what you try.

New offers, new strategies, new everything. The ceiling is still there. But you're not someone who accepts ceilings, which is exactly why you're still looking for the *one* thing that finally moves the needle.

The Full Send Girlie

You did the scary thing and handed in your notice at work and went all in, because you believed in it, the signs were there, and you were done waiting for the "right time." Pop off queen! Buuuut the income hasn't caught up with the commitment yet.

You're piecing months together, paying yourself inconsistently, and wondering when this is supposed to start feeling like a "real business" and not just an expensive hobby that pays minimum wage.

You didn't leave your 9-5 to build another one that pays you less. You're ready for your income to finally match your ambition.

The Programme Hoarder

Girl, you have invested. Coaches, programmes, mentors, masterminds — you have done the work and you've got the Notion dashes, Google Docs and the half-finished workbooks to prove it.

And sure, each thing helped with the thing it promised to help with... But nobody has ever sat with you and looked at the whole picture. So you've got brilliant content but broken offers. Or great offers with no financial structure. Or a solid mindset and no sales strategy to back it up.

You're not lacking in knowledge. You're lacking someone who can pull it all together into something that works as a whole.

You're not lacking in knowledge. You're lacking someone who can pull it all together into something that works as a whole.

Look, it’s not your content, the algorithm, the economy, or the fact that "people aren't buying right now."

It's that every single thing you've tried has been just one piece of the puzzle… and nobody has ever helped you look at the whole picture at once.

- You can fix your content and still not take home more money if your offers aren't priced right.
- You can fix your offers and still feel financially unstable if there's no structure for what comes in.
- You can do all the mindset work in the world and still not hit £5k months if your revenue strategy isn't built around what you actually need.

The missing piece isn't another strategy.
It's a business built around your life, your brain, and your specific income goals.

How we build Momentum

03 – Grow without the chaos

02 – Build a business that works

Before we talk about growth, we make what you’re already making go further.

Most business coaches and strategists skip this bit. They go straight to offers, content, sales strategy — because that's the exciting stuff. But if you don't know what you actually need to take home, if your money is sitting in one account doing nothing useful, if your business model has gaps you haven't clocked yet… growth just means more money disappearing faster.

In our first week or so we sort those foundations. Your financial structure gets set up properly using my Overflow Formula so that every pound / dollar / euro that comes in has somewhere intentional to go. We define the actual take-home you need to live comfortably, and do a honest audit of your current business model.

01 – Stop the financial leaks

Now we get specific.

- Income goal locked in, broken down into exactly what your business needs to generate and how.
- Business model reviewed against that goal.
- Offers audited for profitability, not just revenue.
- Pricing looked at honestly.

This is the phase where the gap between where you are and where you want to be stops feeling so overwhelming and starts feeling like a route you can sustainbly follow.

03 – Grow without the chaos

02 – Build a business that works

01 – Stop the financial leaks

This is where we build (and because phases one and two are done properly, what we build actually works this time…)

- Offers refined and priced for profit, not just revenue.
- Messaging sharpened so the right people stop scrolling.
- Positioning clarified so you stop attracting the wrong enquiries.
- Sales cycle fixed so income comes in consistently.

We’ll be reviewing what's working, adjusting what isn't, and building the kind of repeatable approach to revenue that means you're never starting from zero again.

And throughout all three phases, woven into every single session: money mindset and sales psychology. Because strategy without the inner work only gets you so far — and if you've been doing this for a while, you've probably already figured that out.

03 – Grow without the chaos

02 – Build a business that works

01 – Stop the financial leaks

Now imagine it’s a random Tuesday in September…

Your bills are covered and you have more than enough to see you and your personal commitments through to the end of the month.

You raised your prices last month (nobody left, obviously) and three new people signed up at the new rate without questioning it.

You paid yourself on the first of the month. The same amount as last month… and the month before… Your income finally feels predictable!

You’re used to a steady stream of enquiries and sales because you have sales cycles that go beyond a flash sale or a 10-day open cart window.

You're not trying to stitch together advice from five different places anymore. We've looked at the whole picture and build a business that works FOR YOU.

You won't be wondering "what do I do next?" Here's how Momentum unfolds:

High-touch, fast-action, zero-BS.

Before we touch growth, we sort the foundations.

Together we'll map out exactly where your money is going, what you actually need your business to provide, and the gaps that are keeping you stuck at your current income level.

You'll leave with:

• a clear financial structure
• a realistic income target
• a plan for what we're fixing first
• confidence that we're solving the right problem

No more throwing random strategies at the wall and hoping one works.

→ YOUR FIRST FEW WEEKS

This is where things start clicking into place.

• Your offers become easier to sell because they're positioned more clearly.

• Your pricing starts making sense for the income you're trying to create.

• Your business model becomes something you can actually grow, rather than something you're constantly carrying on your back.

• You'll stop looking for the next tactic and start understanding what actually moves the needle in your business.

And perhaps most importantly:

You'll stop feeling like you're one slow month away from panicking.

→ AS WE BUILD

You'll have a business that's designed to create more consistent income.

You'll know:

• what you're selling
• why people buy it
• how your revenue is generated
• where your money is going
• what your next growth move is

Instead of crossing your fingers every month, you'll have a plan.

Instead of chasing revenue, you'll be building it.

And instead of wondering whether your business can support the life you want, you'll know exactly what needs to happen next.

Content creator
Ginny-Leigh

Four figures of business debt had followed Ginny for three years. She was signing clients from a place of income panic, halving the deliverables on her signature package to sell it at half price, and feeling years behind everyone around her. Buying a house felt laughable when she never actually knew where she stood.

We rebuilt her pricing from the numbers up (profit included this time) and took her signature package from £444/m to £750/m. Then we set her a real monthly salary and a plan to clear the debt without relying on a single new sale.

She was debt-free in six months. She bought a house in seven, and she's mid-renovation now — doing the kitchen and the bathroom, because it turned out she could afford both. She covered a £419 surprise vet bill without flinching, with a plan ready for a £2,000 surgery if it had come to that. And when two retainer clients handed in notice in the same week, she didn't spiral.

"I bought new running shorts, a replacement AirPod and a t-shirt and didn't think twice, because I knew I had money in my fun-money bank. I used to feel ill every single time I tapped me card."

Ginny raised her prices 69%, cleared her business debt in 6 months, and bought a house in 7

Business Strategy + Human Design
Emily Armitage

Emily was living on her savings, convinced her business simply didn't earn enough. She tracked her sales every month, but the spreadsheet never told her anything useful, so it felt like evidence she was going backwards no matter how hard she worked.

We put her own data in front of her, and it told a completely different story. She set herself a consistent monthly salary for the first time, and started running her business on what was actually coming in and going out, instead of the story in her head.

We worked together from Oct to Dec '24, and she had her first £5k month while we were still in it. The year after, she increased her revenue by 180% on the year before — and made more than half of her entire 2024 revenue in the first three months of 2025 alone, with under 2,000 Instagram followers and an email list below 400.

The line "my business doesn't make money" doesn't apply anymore, and she's got the receipts whenever the doubt creeps back.

"I used the data to blast old money stories out of my brain. Four of the last six months I've made four figures in sales, and I know now that I can make consistent money in my business."

Emily had her first £5k month — after months of living off savings because she thought her business didn't make money

Business Strategist
Emelie Sanders

Emelie is sharp with money. She tracked every dollar in and out. But she was paying herself in sprinkles... a bit here, a bit there, whenever she needed it, and never comfortable committing to an actual salary. Her system was Profit First: money split across a pile of accounts, and still no clear read on what she could safely spend.

We scrapped the many-buckets approach and moved her onto a three-account Hub system, so her money had one clear home and her pay had a real number attached. That number was $2,000/month more than she'd been taking when dipping in.

Eighteen months on, she still pays herself that salary, every single month. Her weekly money dates take minutes now, and she spends without second-guessing, because she knows exactly what's hers to spend.

"I'm pretty money savvy, but working with Emilie felt like finding $3k/mo in my own finances. Not to mention she made me give myself a raise."

Emelie gave herself a $2k pay rise — and has paid herself a real salary every month for 18 months since

Multi-Passionate Mentor
Lisa Tiranti

Lisa had a stable corporate income and a business she treated like a nice side project, which meant she never priced it, or ran it, like it mattered. She was over-tracking her money to the point it had stopped being healthy, wanted to start investing but had no idea where, and was juggling income across the UAE, the EU and the UK.

We worked on the mindset first: this is a business, so we'd run it like one. We rebuilt her pricing and she launched at the new, higher rate — and it landed. Then we built a money system that held up across all three currencies she deals in.

She raised her prices and sold at them. She started investing. She paid off her student loan within two weeks of us starting, which was never a money problem — it was a mindset one. And she saves with intent now, without giving up the lifestyle she loves.

"I treat my business financial decisions as a business now. I know how to price my services with confidence."

Lisa stopped running her business like a side project — raised her prices, and launched at the new rate

putting the theory into practise.

I used to think more content = more visibility = more sales.

In 2022 I had over 25,000 followers on Instagram, a 2,500 strong email list, a membership, coaching clients, and was regularly being featured in the press...

But I was barely making £3k a month from my business, and still needed to be in part-time employment because:

  • I didn't believe in my ability to make more than £2-3k and was stuck in an 'employee' mindset of earning £13/hr
  • I was creating offers based on what others in my niche were doing and what "felt good" to deliver and charge
  • I had an income goal that wasn't tied to anything beyond a round number that sounded good

After having my son I burned it down and started fresh – new brand, new Instagram account, new website – determind to not go back into employment and make this work full time.

  • Within two months I handed in my notice.
  • Within three months I had replaced my salary.
  • Within five months I was fully booked 1:1 and had a £15k group programme launch.

I have been a Money Coach for over six years, primarily working with solo service-based founders – but the problems I see over and over again aren't money management, it's how the business is structured (or not) to make the required revenue.

So now I help creative entrepreneurs build sustainable life-first businesses that pay them well – even when sales slow. Because more followers, more content, and more offers mean very little if your business still isn't paying you properly.

HEY, I'M EMILIE.

You cannot grow a sustainable business from a place of financial scarcity.

When you're making 2-3k a month and trying to take home enough to live on (like a mortgage, childcare, the ever-increasing food bill... not to mention the things that make life feel fun!) there is nothing left over to allow you to think clearly. You can't take risks, you can't invest, experiment, or back even yourself.

Scarcity makes you say yes to the wrong clients. It makes you undercharge because you need the money. It makes you launch out of desperation. It makes every business decision feel high stakes because financially, it is.

  • You can't think about growth when you're worried about whether this month will cover the bills.
  • You can't back yourself when your bank account is telling you to play it safe.
  • You can't build a sustainable business on a foundation of financial stress.

That's why the first thing we do in Momentum isn't offers or messaging It's getting your financial foundations solid enough that you can finally breathe. Because a business owner who can breathe makes better decisions, takes smarter risks, and backs herself when it counts.

And then the growth becomes the easy bit.

The sooner your foundations are solid, the sooner everything else gets easier.
What kind of results can I expect? +

Every business is different so I'm not going to promise you a specific number.

What I will say is that the goal of Momentum is consistent £5k months with a take-home that reflects the work you're putting in.

Results depend on where you're starting, how much you implement, and how honestly we can look at what's not working. Clients who come in ready to do the work see movement fast. The financial structure piece alone tends to change how people feel about their business almost immediately.

How is this different from other business coaches? +

Most business coaches focus on one thing — usually marketing, content, or sales. Almost none of them look at the financial piece behind it all.

Momentum is different because it starts where most coaches don't: with your financial foundations. What you need to take home. Where your money is going. Whether your business model is actually designed to get you there. We sort that first, then build the revenue strategy on top of it.

You're getting a business that's been looked at properly, from the inside out, and rebuilt around what you actually need.

What can we actually cover in 3 or 6 months? +

More than you'd think.

In three months we can get your financial foundations solid, your income goal defined, your offers and pricing refined, your messaging sharpened, and your sales cycle working consistently. Most clients see movement within the first 30 days.

Six months gives us more time to implement, test, iterate, and build — especially if your business model needs a bigger shift or you want to go deeper on the revenue strategy side. If you're unsure which is right for you, drop me a DM and we'll figure it out together.

Is this business coaching or money coaching? +

Both, girl.

Most people try to fix their income by working on one or the other: either the business strategy side or the financial management side. Momentum works on both at the same time because that's the only way the results actually stick.

More revenue without financial structure just means more money disappearing. Better financial structure without a revenue strategy means you're managing scarcity more efficiently.

Should I do Momentum or Six-Figure Safety? +

Good question — and the honest answer is: it depends on where you are right now.

Momentum is for the founder who is plateaued at £2–3k months and needs to get to consistent £5k months, with the financial structure and revenue strategy to match. It's the starting point. The foundations.

Six-Figure Safety is for the founder who is already hitting consistent £5k months and is ready to move into the next phase: paying herself more, and consistently, building tangible financial safety, and working on their retirement plan.

If you're not consistently at £5k months yet, let's get you there with Momentum first.

What if I'm already working with another coach? +

It depends what they're covering.

If you're working with a content or visibility coach and want someone to hold the business strategy and financial side, that can work well alongside Momentum. If there's significant overlap it's worth having a conversation first so we're not duplicating effort or pulling you in different directions.

Drop me a DM and we'll figure out if the timing is right.

How much time do I need to commit each week? +

Outside of our bi-weekly calls: around 2 hours a week.

Enough to implement what we've discussed, review assets, and do the sales activities. This isn't a programme you can sit inside passively — the results come from doing the work. But it's also not designed to add more to an already full plate.

We build a strategy that works with your capacity, not Coach B over there who is neurotypical with no children.

I'm quite early in my business — is this right for me? +

Yes! and this might be the best time to do it.

Most people wait until they're deep in the plateau before they sort their foundations. They spend years making decent money with no structure underneath it, no clear income goal, no business model designed around what they actually need — and then have to unlearn a load of habits that have calcified over time.

If you're early and you get this right now, you skip all of that. You build the right foundations from the start so growth compounds on something solid instead of something wobbly.

I have a team or I sell products — does this work for me? +

Momentum is designed for solo service-based founders — coaches, consultants, creatives, strategists.

If you have a small team but you're still the primary revenue generator and the plateau is your problem, it can still work. Product-based businesses aren't the right fit — the revenue strategy and financial structure work is built around a service model.

How quickly can I start? +

As soon as a spot is available and your application is confirmed.

Beta spots sold out in two weeks, so if you're ready, apply and we'll get your kickoff session booked.

Drop me a DM if you want to know current availability before applying.
